No client will be turned away due to inability to pay. Renewal Therapy Servies is dedicated to offering compassionate, quality mental health care to all, regardless of financial circumstances.

Renewal Therapy Services is committed to making mental health care accessible for all. We believe that no one should be
denied therapy due to financial constraints. Our Sliding Scale Fee Program is based on household size and income, using the most current federal poverty Guidelines (FPG).
To apply, clients must complete a financial assistance application. Eligibility is determined by household size and gross income compared to FPG. Documentation is required to verify both.

At or Below 100% of FPG: Eligible for three (3) free group therapy sessions per calendar year with zero out-of-
pocket-cost.

101% to 300% of FPG: Eligible for discounted session fees based on a tiered sliding scale.

Above 300% of FPG: Standard rate apply.

Complete the Application: Available online or at the front desk.

Submit Documentation: Proof of income and household size required (e.g., tax return, pay stubs).

Renewal Annually: Clients must reapply each year or if household income/size changes significantly.
